BOOKING DEPOSIT 
Upon booking for new clients you will be required to place a $100 deposit which will stay on your personal client file, this is to secure your appointments. If you are unable to rebook the $100 is redeemable on treatments and products or refundable.
GIFT VOUCHER POLICIES
  • Valid 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Cannot be exchanged or refunded for money.
  • Can be used on treatment or products.
  • Cancellation policies apply.
CANCELATION POLICY
A text reminder is sent out 48 hours before your appointment, if you fail to reschedule or cancel 24 hours before your appointment you will lose the $100 on your account and be required to put another $100 on your account for future bookings.
REFUND POLICY

There is no refunds on treatments, products, gift vouchers or packages, however if they are unused they can be credited to the value in money as a credit note.

 Booking deposits are refundable.
